Question 1

What is Vexonik VPN?

Accepted Answer

Vexonik VPN is a fast, reliable virtual private network service that encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through secure servers worldwide. It lets you access blocked websites, protect your privacy, and browse safely — especially in regions with heavy internet restrictions like China.

Question 2

Which platforms does Vexonik VPN support?

Accepted Answer

Vexonik VPN supports Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS. You can download the app from our website or app stores. One subscription covers all your devices simultaneously.

Question 3

How many devices can I connect at the same time?

Accepted Answer

Depending on your plan, you can connect between 1 and 5 devices simultaneously. The Team Pro plan supports unlimited seats for organizations.

Question 4

Does Vexonik VPN work in China?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Vexonik VPN is specifically optimized to bypass the Great Firewall of China. We use advanced obfuscation protocols (VLESS, Trojan, VMess) that make VPN traffic look like regular HTTPS traffic, helping you stay connected reliably.

Question 5

Is there a free trial available?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 7-day free trial on select plans. No credit card is required to start. After the trial period, you can choose a plan that fits your needs.

Question 6

What VPN protocols does Vexonik support?

Accepted Answer

Vexonik supports VLESS, Trojan, VMess, Shadowsocks, SOCKS5, and HTTP proxy protocols. Our apps automatically select the best protocol for your network. Advanced users can configure protocols manually in the app settings.

Question 7

How do I import my VPN configuration?

Accepted Answer

After subscribing, log in to the app and go to Account → Import VPN Config. The app will automatically fetch your personal configuration URL from our servers and set up everything for you. Alternatively, you can scan a QR code from your dashboard.

Question 8

What is a subscription URL and how do I use it?

Accepted Answer

A subscription URL is a personal link that contains your encrypted server configurations. The app uses it to automatically download and update your server list. It refreshes periodically to ensure you always have the latest, fastest servers.

Question 9

Why is my connection speed slow?

Accepted Answer

Connection speed can vary based on server load, your ISP, and your distance from the server. Try switching to a different server in the app. Servers marked with low latency or high speed indicators typically perform best. Avoid peak hours (8 PM–12 AM local time) if possible.

Question 10

Does Vexonik VPN work on routers?

Accepted Answer

Yes, advanced users can configure Vexonik on compatible routers (OpenWrt, Asus Merlin) to protect all devices on their network without installing the app on each device. Contact our support team for a router setup guide.

Question 11

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay (via Airwallex), and selected cryptocurrencies. All payments are processed securely.

Question 12

Can I change my plan at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Question 13

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact our support team within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Question 14

Will my subscription auto-renew?

Accepted Answer

Yes, subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You can disable auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard under Settings → Subscription. You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before your renewal date.

Question 15

Does Vexonik keep logs of my activity?

Accepted Answer

No. Vexonik operates a strict no-logs policy. We do not store, monitor, or share your browsing activity, connection timestamps, or IP addresses. The only data we retain is what's necessary for your account (email, payment records).

Question 16

What encryption does Vexonik use?

Accepted Answer

Vexonik uses AES-256-GCM encryption for all traffic, combined with TLS 1.3 for the control channel. This is the same encryption standard used by banks and governments worldwide.

Question 17

Will using a VPN make me completely anonymous?

Accepted Answer

A VPN significantly improves your privacy by hiding your IP address and encrypting your traffic from your ISP and local network. However, complete anonymity also depends on your behavior online (accounts you log into, tracking pixels, etc.). Vexonik is a powerful privacy tool, not an absolute guarantee of anonymity.

Question 18

The app won't connect — what should I do?

Accepted Answer

First, try switching to a different server or protocol in the app. If that doesn't help: (1) Check your internet connection without the VPN. (2) Restart the app. (3) Update the app to the latest version. (4) Try manually selecting a different protocol (e.g., switch from VLESS to Trojan). If the issue persists, contact our support team with your log file.

Question 19

Why does the VPN disconnect randomly?

Accepted Answer

Random disconnections are usually caused by battery optimization settings on Android/iOS killing background apps, or an unstable internet connection. On Android, ensure Vexonik is excluded from battery optimization. On iOS, disable Low Power Mode while the VPN is active.

Question 20

My subscription shows as expired but I just paid — what's wrong?

Accepted Answer

Subscription updates can take a few minutes to sync. Go to your dashboard and click 'Refresh Subscription'. If the issue persists after 15 minutes, contact support with your payment confirmation. We can manually verify and activate your subscription.
